I tried to access this domain http://www.applaws.com.au/ but when try to use my wifi the website it’s down. When I use my mobile data I can access, someone could help me, please?

As far as I can tell there is nothing wrong with the website. Try this: open http://applaws.com.au (without www!) from your wifi. Does it work? If it does and then with www it doesn’t then your wifi (presumably the router) has a problem with handling DNS CNAME records. I’ve never seen it happen anywhere but it is not impossible.
