Why Digital Ocean support very slow responding my message? At least 3 days just to get a single reply, this is unbelieveable! I need them to open SMTP port for my droplet, why they haven’t open it yet? I’m only need it for my Wordpress site, for comments and sign up notification, and of course for Contact Us messaging using Contact Form 7.
I’m not complaining about trivial stuff that the answer I can find on the net, this is the thing that only DO staff can do and it’s been more than a week since my message they haven’t open the SMTP server for me!

I already sent them new message, replied quickly, however it doesn’t resolve this SMTP problem, they said I have to wait for this one to get answered.
