snapshot turn off my site 2 hours and stall not turn on

i will going to take a snapshot and run it 2 hours gone and stall the event stuck there. i don't know what happens i will submit Ticket 1 hours ago hay say Hello We are investigating this issue and will update you shortly. Thank you Support but do nothing so what now

i don't have problem a snapshot take 5 hours for done.
but i need my server live.

thy can do it bay a tuck in server thy do it in 1 minute . but thy down my site for about 4 hours. to bad support wen its done in 1 minute why thy don't do it faster
really unexpected support never see like these in my live.
