Question

So I got logged into

 • Posted November 3, 2013

Got this message from CPanel in the morning.

Root was logged into pam using following authentication service: system

Now my cpanel is completely gone I cannot login to my server and I can’t find anything.

DigitalOcean does not provide accurate support such as what commands to enter. Cpanel cannot get access to remotely do it either.

How can I enable it so that CPanel can get access and most of All I can get access.

It seems like your droplet was compromised, unfortunately.

If you have any snapshots/backups you can restore your droplet from a recent one.

Are you able to log into your droplet via the console in the DigitalOcean Control Panel?
