Hi all. There’s a outlook ost file that I could open in Dell Inspiron laptop on Windows 8. However, after the Windows 10 update, I suddenly can’t open it anymore. It gives the following message, ‘Sorry. an error occurred’. I googled for this, i get many solutions for all other formats except ost files issue. TY for you time and attention
