Question

Strapi Media URL

After I used the One-Click-Install, the Strapi API responds the media URLs as something like “url:‘/uploads/thumbnail.png’”. I would like to get the complete URL that links to my file as value for “url”. For example: “url:‘https://example.org/uploads/thumbnail.png’”

The official strapi documentation (https://strapi.io/documentation/3.0.0-beta.x/content-api/api-endpoints.html#get-entries) shows the full URL as response as default. How can I achieve this with the one-click installation?

Hey there! I pinged the Strapi team about this and they said:

*"Thank you for notifying us John, if possible can you direct these users to open up discussions on the Strapi Github Discussions: https://github.com/strapi/strapi/discussions

Just so we can promptly track and answer these questions."*

Hope that helps! Let me know if we can help with anything else.
