Subdomain Domain Name Server

Posted on October 30, 2013

I am checking out Ghost on DigitalOcean. Ghost has been setup [2]. I wanted to redirect a temporary subdomain to Ghost IP as instructed at [1]. I manage my website through Hostgator. I can’t find an option to change subdomain’s Name Server.

I have tried this method but I entered the subdomain and it brings me to a non-responding page.

Where are you hosting your DNS records?

You can just add an A record for the subdomain that points to your droplet’s IP address.

Let me know if that works :]
