I have properly added sub-domain into DNS system.

Apache configuration file:

ErrorLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/error.log
CustomLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/access.log combined
</VirtualHost>
I am not able to understand what is the issue exactly. I tried all the possible ways to fix this issue but unfortunately could not solve it.

When you say that it works occasionally, I assume you mean that you see intermittent results when loading the subdomain in browser. This is usually the result of browser cache and/or DNS propagation. Looking more into the specific values of this case would be necessary to dive any deeper.
