Before you mention exit nodes, I’m simply suggesting a one click install for middle/bridge relays only as they do not cause any problems like exit nodes do. I feel that having this available will help out Tor a lot and raise awareness, allowing less experienced users to help the Tor Project by running a relay of their own.

I think this is a great idea. We have already seen a lot of one-click requests and you can submit this one here. I doubt that this one would be super high on the list. A better option might be our user-data repository. This repository includes a variety of user-data (cloud-init) scripts written to automate the setup and configuration of various software stacks. I would recommend submitting a script to this repository. User-data scripts can be copy/pasted into the create page and while not quite as convenient as a one-click they have the benefit that anyone can create them.
