Terrible Support. Unable to buy or use Spaces "Looks like something went wrong..."

I signed up the the Spaces 2 months trial and deleted it after a few weeks since I was done with my experiments. Now a client wants object storage and Im trying to purchase the same, but I just cannot as the control panel in the UI keeps throwing up this error : Looks like something went wrong…

Anyone else seeing the same ? Any solution ? Support says, “Unfortunately, it looks like you are being affected by a bug we are currently aware of. We do not yet have an ETA of when this issue will be resolved, but we will update you via ticket once we have more information.”

So I hold my credit card and ask my customer to wait wait infinitely ?

Oh, yes. While on the topic of customer support, I raised a ticket two days back. One day later, the canned response asking me to send my browser configuration. I send the screenshot and tell support that this has nothing to do with a browser and is a internal server error. And realizing that I have got a bad support connection, I raise another ticket, this time with a screenshot. Another day later, the first ticket gets another sad response that they need the browser console logs. Frustrated to the core that it has been 48 hours and Im still getting nowhere. And finally the second ticket gets a better response after another 24 hours go by, the one I pasted above.

Over 48 hours in a situation where Im wanting to pay and get a service, just imagining if this was a critical client issue where I needed immediate attention. Im worried now.

I have the same issue with a droplet that currently exists but is not running. problem here is that its not working and i cannot delete it because “Looks like something went wrong”. The billing system still works though; resulting in me paying (currently creating debt) for a droplet that does not work and will not start.

If any moderator sees this, please delete my account..
I can’t disable droplets for several months and the “You owe” keeps getting fatter..
Can’t deactive account because “You have to delete droplets”
Can’t delete droplets because “oh something went wrong”

Tried this in both chrome and firefox.
