Our site + application was working perfectly for the last 2 years. However, today both backerslab.com or www.backerslab.com give a “This site can’t be reached”/ . Checked DNS, all looks fine. Going to the IP (159.203.251.141) directly gives the same error.
Anyone with good suggestions?

In case anyone who’s experiencing the same issue lands on this page, I’d recommend following a few steps to try and narrow down the issue:
- Make sure DNS is set up correctly and that your domain is pointing to your Droplet’s IP address
- Check if you have any firewalls enabled, and make sure that HTTP traffic (incoming TCP on port 80) is allowed
- Make sure your web server is running. Run this command to check if a process with the name
apacheis running:sudo ps wwaux | grep apache. Substituteapachewithnginxor your webserver’s binary name if you are not using Apache - Try a different network, the issue could be local
