Transfer by private droplet network is charged in my billing and still no solution

Hello, because different people attend to me and they respond the same, it could be attended by a single support person, I will not be repeating the problem every moment please. because they are charging me for the consumption of the private network in my billing I want them to tell me. send captures from time to time, that my traffic is all private I request that a single person respond to me or respond faster to resolve or read my emails so that they can see the change and error that digitalocean has.
