I’ve a droplet in own servers, so I’m trying send email with my application and it is not send email. I get the “Connection Timeout” error, I know that my code is correct, because I’m getting send email in another server, so Could you help me?

It looks like your SMTP port may be filtered. Can you please open up a support ticket so that the support team can check that for you? If that’s the case, they should be able to unblock it after verifying your account.
