I have been trying to manually setup dedicated ip on my phone but it seems to not work somehow because when I check my IP, it still shows my default ip.
If anyone knows how to do it, I will share the vpn credentials as well in PM.

Are you using OpenVPN? And when you say "Dedicated IP, do you mean the IP that the VPN gives you? Also, what do you mean by “Default IP”? As long as you’re connected to the VPN, it should have changed your IP.
Edit: Since you added the tag “IPv6”, I assume you are looking to have your IP show up as IPv6, correct? During the OpenVPN setup (on the server side), you need to enable IPv6 support. Afterwards, connect to the VPN. I run an OpenVPN server and in my case, the IP shows up as 111.111.111.111 but still have an IPv6 address. Just remove and re-install OpenVPN server with IPv6 support.
Note: you can always go to https://test-ipv6.com/ to check if your VPN has IPv6 enabled.
