Hi, I can’t access my domain and my Droplet’s IP address from Indonesia. However, everything works fine when accessed from outside Indonesia using a VPN. Is DigitalOcean blocked or not fully available in Indonesia? If not, what could be causing this issue?

Hi!
This sounds like a case of regional network filtering or ISP-level blocking rather than an issue with DigitalOcean itself.
You can try accessing your Droplet from different ISPs or mobile networks within Indonesia, some networks may block or throttle certain IP ranges.
Also, try to restart your Droplet to get a new IP (if it’s not fixed/static), which might bypass any IP-specific blocking.
And have you tried checking if your domain or IP is listed on any regional blocklists or filtering databases?
If the issue persists, it’s best to contact DigitalOcean Support so they can verify if the IP is being throttled or blocked from their end.
Let us know how it goes!
