If you do not remember your login credentials for your droplet you can simply reset the root password from the control panel.
You can follow this steps:
Login to your control panel --> Click Droplets --> Select your droplet --> Go to the Access tab --> Click the Reset Root Password button
This will send you an email to the address associated with your DigitalOcean account. You can use the password provided to log in to your Droplet through the console.
