I have been attempting to connect to a database I have setup using pgAdmin4. However, using the connection parameter credentials and connection details, I only receive a connection timeout expired error in pgAdmin4. I have added my computer as a trusted source, so I don’t think that’s the issue. I have not done anything with a certificate or anything like that - am I missing a step to get this working? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
It sounds like that you might have a dynamic IP address and once your IP changes you would need to add the new IP to the trusted sources.
I could suggest verifying if this is the case by visiting this site here:
Getting the IP from there and then adding it to the trusted sources list.
Also after that make sure that you are using the correct database port and not the default 5432 one.
Let me know how it goes!
Best,
Bobby
