Hello there,

If you’re still experiencing issues accessing the droplet using the console you can reach out to our support team.

However, you can still use a normal ssh-client to perform tasks like starting doctl and etc. You can follow our tutorial on How to Connect to Droplets with SSH

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/connect-with-ssh/

Hope that this helps!

Hi @afzal442,

Can you walk us through the process from start to finish? The console in DigitalOcean is just for recovery and some incident situations.

If you are trying to enter into your Droplet, you should be using your own shell (if on Linux) or something like putty (if on Windows) to connect. If not and you do want to use DigitalOcean’s console, I’ll recommend you to check:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/connect-with-console/

and
