Hi folks,

Any suggestions on how to restore connectivity to a Droplet following a resize on the Dashboard?

Since the resize, we have been unable to SSH to the droplet (timeout) and the webserver installed on the Droplet also doesn’t work.

Tried turning off/on and powercycle. No firewall in place. Have raised a ticket #5528866, but not sure on their response time.

Hey there!

It sounds like your droplet may be failing to boot. It may have a kernel panic or grub issue. Checking the droplets console may provide more details on what is happening. Our support team should get back to you soon as well.
