I am trying to take a snapshot of an OpenLiteSpeed WordPress 5.2 on Ubuntu 18.04 server for the last 12 hours. I shut down the server (from the terminal). Each time I try to take a snapshot, it just says “Sorry, something went wrong.”
I need to transfer this server image to a different account (DigitalOcean doesn’t let me change droplet admins) - but this issue isn’t letting me.
I opened a support ticket around 10-12 hours ago, but I haven’t received a response yet. Some help would be much appreciated!
