We have inconsistent connection between SGP1 and trueyoufn.truecorp.co.th

Are you seeing packet loss to trueyoufn.truecorp.co.th or is it possible that the API service is timing out on the other side? Perhaps even rate limiting your traffic? I don’t know if reaching it without issue from another network is proof that there is no issue on their side, though perhaps evidence. Rate limiting can be a per IP or per subnet matter, and some services do it to datacenter IPs to prevent excessive overhead via scraping, etc.

I ran an MTR to trueyoufn.truecorp.co.th from the SGP1 datacenter and I do not see any high latency or packet loss. Of course the MTR stops before reaching the end-point but most local ISPs halt ICMP before the end-point so this is normal. I suspect the issue is not related to network but something happening specifically at trueyoufn.truecorp.co.th. Difficult to say what exactly that might be.

I have the same issue from SPG1, a lot of connection timeout when connecting ftp or browsing site, but I’m not sure this issue come from SPG1 or ISP (Thailand).

We also have a lot of complaints from some of our users in Thailand that they cannot access several services on the Webservers from SGP1 droplet for 3-4 days already. However, the issue seemed to be intermitten.
