Hello my website https://www.mediacallosum.com/ have very weak uptime 9%-15% per day, and is slow to load, please help why this is happening?

The site indeed take a lot of time to load. However when I tested it it loaded a Error establishing a database connection error. Would you mind checking if the database server is up and running? If the database is hosted locally on the server you can check if MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL service is up and running.
