With the new DigitalOcean UI, I cannot find where is the web console in a droplet to enter directly with the console to the server

The console moved in the new UI. Go to your Droplet, click Settings in the left menu, then look for Recovery Console at the bottom of that page.

It moved around in the recent UI update - it’s now under the Recovery Console tab inside your Droplet’s Settings page. Not the most obvious place but it’s there.
