My droplet is down completely. I can’t SSH, FTP, or even ping the IP. Recovery console doesn’t work. Is there a way to check available disk space in the DO dashboard? What can I do to solve this issue of my server being down?

I wasn’t able to get into recovery console but what worked is I did a Power Off and Power On through the DO dashboard and that got the server back online. Strange. I did disk space checks and they were fine too.
Hello @ehong
You can try loading the recovery console using a different browser or disabling any add-block-related extensions in your primary browser as this might interfere with loading the console.
If this does not help you can reach out to our amazing support team and they will help you to get your site up and running as soon as possible.

Hey @ehong,
If the Recovery Console doesn’t work, there won’t be any other way. Try rebooting your Droplet to see if that would work. If it doesn’t you’ll need to contact DigitalOcean and ask them to check what’s going on.
