What do I do if there is no response after filling out Droplet Limit Increase form twice?
I followed through advice on how to increase my Droplet limit, trying to increase from 25 to 50. Both attempts (from two different account members) briefly flashed a change to 50 droplets, then back to 25 (where it stays).
I’ve tried searching for email from DigitalOcean in case there was a reason why the request failed, but there hasn’t been any.
We require more capacity and splitting into different accounts doesn’t seem like a good idea.
