I’m a novice trying to startup my first online business. I’m not sure exactly what capabilities I need in a hosting package and which DigitalOcean package might be the best for my needs.
In short, I would like to host a website (potentially Wordpress) that utilizes js and PHP to interact with a MySQL database. Importantly, I will also have python selenium scripts running on the backend via cron jobs updating the database as well. I’ll also want to automate email notifications as well. It’s not clear to me exactly what specifications are necessary. Also, is a Droplet package sufficient or would I require the App Platform package? Thanks very much for any help!
