When I try to deactivate my account, it says forbidden without details. How do I do?

I have tried to delete my account after removing all billable options and still it shows forbidden please can you remove me before i report this way of scamming people

Apologies for the vague error. This typically means that you still have active resources on your account. Make sure you destroy any droplets that you have running. Do the same with any load balancers, pretty much anything billable. Once you’ve done that you should be able to deactivate your account.
