I need to change the parameters of my droplet. It was available before, but not anymore. What is the problem? How to leave tickect in support so that I can change the size of the droplet?

If the option to change your droplet size is no longer available, it’s likely because the disk size was increased in a previous resize.
DigitalOcean doesn’t allow reducing disk size after it’s been expanded, even if you downgrade CPU or RAM. In this case, you’d need to create a new droplet with your desired specs and migrate your data.
