Why can't I reach our sites on mobile data?

Two of our sites were recently moved to a different droplet on digitalocean, and since then I now have difficulty reaching the sites on mobile while using data. I have no issue reaching the sites on mobile while connected to wifi, and I have no issues accessing any other site besides these two. I have tried using different browsers on my phone, I have tried restarting my phone, turning mobile data on and off, and I have tried clearing browser cache and the phone’s internal cache. Nothing has worked and I continually have trouble reaching the sites. My phone service provider is AT&T and I live in VA, USA. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Can you please let me know what exactly happens when you try to visit your sites on your mobile device? Do you get an error message or just the sites wont load after some time? This will help us to troubleshoot the exact issue here.

Also you can check your IP address when you’re using 3/4G and check the server logs if this IP address is not blocked by any chance.

    It is simply that the site couldn’t be reached after a short time of trying to load, no specific error messages. And the IP isn’t blocked. Thank you for the reply.

    • This is rather odd, since it’s only happening via mobile data on your mobile device. Have you tried reaching your mobile carrier and ask them to check this for you as well?
