I had a similar issue twice with two different droplets. Rebooting the server helped in both cases.
Login to your DigitalOcean dashboard and access the droplet via the Console Access. If you’re able to login there, just enter the following command to reboot
sudo reboot
If you cannot login, then use the Power Cycle button instead.

@nezaboravi: Well, both questions were posted by the same user. I’m sure having everything in one place would be easier to manage than two separate questions on the same issue. There was an issue with some images in August, 2013 which is when this was posted, so that’s why I asked him to file a support ticket. <br>Are you experiencing the same problem? If so, do you have a firewall installed on your droplet? What’s the output of <code>sudo iptables-save</code>?
