Hi,
Usually there is more information available in the log files when the web server errors. The location of the log file can vary from droplet to droplet, depending on your OS and web server software. If you check the web server configuration file it should indicate the location of the logs it is writing and then you can look through those for a corresponding error number and timestamp.
