Hello, @felipefernandez
Unfortunately at this time we do not have native support for Windows OSs on Droplets. You may be able to achieve this however by creating your own custom Windows ISO image and then using that when creating your Droplet.
Currently, DigitalOcean only allows the deployment of Linux based OS’s.
NOTE: This is not natively supported on the platform (choosing a Windows OS when you deploy your droplet).
We’d recommend that you add your vote to the Windows Server idea on our Product Ideas Board as well as comment your use-case there so that our teams can better understand your needs.

Heya,
DigitalOcean does not provide an out-of-the-box Windows machine as mentioned. I know that in the past, some users have tried to use the custom image option to try and configure a Windows machine, but I am not sure how successful it was.
There are some Youtube videos on the topic as well, but as it’s not official, I can’t vouch for it working.
Yeah, you can run Windows on DigitalOcean using a custom ISO, but it’s messy, you’ll need to prep a VHD with VirtIO drivers, enable RDP, and hope it boots clean. Even then, performance and stability aren’t great, and debugging issues remotely is rough.
If you just need a remote Windows desktop, it’s way easier to go with something like AWS, Azure, or Paperspace, they support Windows natively and are priced reasonably for light use. Still, worth voting on the product idea - Windows support on DO is long overdue.
