How do I request Purchase Order and Procurement in organization

Posted on March 17, 2021

Hi,

I would like to use services (Droplets) in DigitalOcean. Before using the services, I may need to obtain Purchase Order (PO) and DigitalOcean itself register in my organization procurement system.

How do I need to do that?

Thank you.

Hey @yychai97,

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)

Hope that helps! - Alex.

Hi Alex,

I appreciate your answer. Unfortunately, I have submitted the form to the Sales team, and they replied to me via email, said that they was unable to help on my matters as the Sales team is small.

Hi there,

A quick update here in case that anyone comes across this in the future, you can now add purchase orders to your team to include purchase order information on your monthly invoices and track usage against your purchase orders.

Purchase order information that you add to your DigitalOcean team appears on your monthly invoices. Additionally, you can track your resource usage against your purchase orders and check the remaining amount.

To add a purchase order to your team, on the Billing page, click the Settings tab. In the Purchase Orders section, click Create Purchase Order.
