Wordpress - Contact form 7 not recieving emails?

I am also facing a similar issue, I am not getting the mail after customer fills the form. The customer is getting the confirmation mail The details which I filled are given below Mail In the following fields, you can use these mail-tags: [name][lastname][company][email][phone][message]

When you say you tried multiple email accounts? Do you mean sending from multiple accounts or configuring multiple accounts for contact form 7?

There is a setting under “Contact” in WP, there under the form you are using should be a tab named “Mail”, change the “To” value to your email address here.

What I could suggest here is using an SMTP plugin for your WordPress site.

That way you will be able to specify an SMTP server with authentication which your emails would be going through. You could for example use Gmail’s SMTP settings. This would drastically increase the delivery rate of your emails as well compared to using plain PHP mail.
