Wordpress themes design error

hello ! i need help here. First i already install ubuntu + LAMP + Wordpress. i follow this tutorials : https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-on-ubuntu-14-04 step by step after the installation is finish, i’m confused because any themes that i used it’s not work properly. i have no idea why this themes that i already installed in my website seems like corrupt? even the default wordpress themes is not work properly ( the design is bad,like something corrupt) is there any chance i forget something to install? like php module or what? need help here,thanks before :)

Most of the WordPress users ask this issue that some error has encountered after installing any upgrade. Well, WordPress is a very broad platform providing number of themes & plugins along with various customer support websites and discussion board that you can use to get proper solution. As Kelvin suggested official forum WordPress is the best place to ask professionals. Have a visit, hopefully the problem coming out will no longer remain.
