I have this problem when I open a new droplet " you do not have permissions to perform this action"

Can you please give a little bit more information in order for us to be able to help. Can you confirm what steps are you taking before receiving the error, on which stage you are getting the “ you do not have permissions to perform this action” message and every detail you can think of?
