DigitalOcean Elasticity

Visit site

DigitalOcean Elasticity is a tool to automatic scale your infrastructure on Digital Ocean.

DigitalOcean Elasticity runs in a master server that can be used as LoadBalance too. The service will check in every 5 minutes the server’s health, if the CPU usage average is more than 80%, DG Elasticity will create a new droplet and register in the LoadBalance. If the CPU usage average is lower than 20%, the service will down one droplet.

Is there any way to customize the limit? like decreasing the upgrade limit from 80% to 50%?

Amazing idea! Perfect for Web Servers that have variable traffic and don’t need a constant amount of server power. Is there a downtime while it switches droplet sizes?
