I try to access my domain that I bought on namecheap ad registered on DO as explained here(https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-point-to-digitalocean-nameservers-from-common-domain-registrars)
But I got this page istead of my homepage.

I will recommend double-checking the DNS settings and making sure that the nameservers are pointed correctly using our DNS tool:
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tools/dns
DNS changes can take up some time to update due to many factors, but usually, the changes are updated in a matter of minutes.
