This depends on what payment method you are using:
If you are using PayPal This is a pre-payment option and it is up to you to make additional payments from the control panel to ensure you maintain a balance sufficient to cover the costs of your droplets. Any balance due on a PayPal funded account is considered past due.
If you are using a Credit Card This is a post-payment option. Each month on the 1st of the month your card will be charged for any balance due from your usage in the previous month (On February 1st you are billed for all usage in January).
It sounds like you received $10 in credit (or made a $10 PayPal payment) and used $5.37 in services this month. A negative number for the “You Owe” field would mean that you have $0.83 in credit left on your account before you have used up what you paid for.
Since I cannot see your billing information I would recommend contacting the support team by opening a ticket to get some clarification as I am only able to make an assumption based on the information you provided.
