My full name appears on two porn sites hosted by Digital Ocean. I have not given permission to anyone to use my name. DigitalOcean Code of Conduct (Article 3.2) states that material that is"abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous,…offensive, profane" is not permitted. There is other issues such as impersonation where these porn sites are breaking the DO rules. I submitted my first complaint online on June 1, second on June 14. I have received an automated email response each time, but the porn sites are still up. I need your help in this rather stressful and embarrassing situation and would appreciate an update on what is being done. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your response and for contacting webmaster. Unfortunately I still have a problem. While the site is removed and search returns what appears to be a 404 error, it is not a “true” 404 error. HTTP header status code check returns 200 and not 404. And in fact the fake 404 error shows more porn links. In a situation like that Google is unable to remove the link from Google search for my name and the link itself has my name and a porn content in it. I would appreciate it very much if you could prevail on the webmaster to remove the sites properly so that a search returns a “true” 404 error. Thanks a lot.
I have reviewed your abuse complaints and their response from the site operator. These pages are no longer present as they were deleted by the site owner on receipt of your complaint. They now result in 404 page not found errors.
