Account Locked after payment but no Ticket

After opening an account and making the payment, digital ocean locked my account and says “we have opened a support ticket with you regarding the cause of this lock” and gives a link to the support tickets. When I go to the support tickets there’s nothing there.

Do you have a ticket reference either sent to you by e-mail or can you see it in your control panel?

Additionally, if you don’t see anything like that, can you try and submit another ticket to DigitalOcean’s support and see if that would work out. You can reach them here:

If you do have a ticket reference, you can provide us with it and we can try and speed up the replies.
