Hi, I awoke this morning to find a notice that my account was locked. I responded to the ticket but I have not received a reply from D.O’s staff yet. If anyone who has the ability to speed up this process sees this can you please have the support team reply to ticket [Ticket #6967220].
Not only did we lose access to the work that was done, we’re unable to access our data that was stored on the droplets.
