What is the reason for this report?

Account locked down even after payment confirmation

Hi There,

When I created a new account in Digital Ocean, I received a message saying my account is locked down even after the payment confirmation step is confirmed by reducing $5 in my credit card. But I can’t access my newly created account as it says it’s locked down. I have created a support ticket as well (Ticket #3336568), which I didn’t get any response. It would be great if you could concern about this at earliest as I need this account ASAP.
