The account I have my droplets on is no longer sending me a verification code. I tried creating a support ticket on Tues/Wednesday, but I never got a verification email. I did receive verification code for this accounts email which was on the same email server. Since I never received a verification email, I created a “new” ticket with this account on Thursday. Is it normal to not get a response from DO? I really enjoy their product, but after Sunday…I have been unable to login or do anything to my droplet. ref:_00Df218t5m._5004P100elS:ref
