Account Review Is Hodling Our Account, Server and IP Hostage
I have been under account review for almost a month. I can’t get any response other than canned from Digital Ocean.
We have a messaging server build we have not been able update for weeks now and are losing cash on the project because Digital Ocean has gone dark on this BS account verification.
Can someone explain to me how I can get back into my account so we can get our latest changes offloaded and move to a platform that doesn’t lock development companies out of their work?
I will never use this company again.
