Account suspended and can not pay

Hello, my account was suspended as my auto pay failed as of today. i need to make a payment but can not log into my account. I have created support tickets and it has been over 3 hours with no response. How long will it take support to respond? I am in a very tight time frame and i really need my website up and running this is very urgent. I have no idea what to do. I can not log into my account to pay because it says a verification code is being emailed to me which i never receive. Is there anything else I can do?

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?

  • I opened the first ticket 3 in a half hours ago it was Ticket # 03203242. Then i realized what the issue was an submitted another one Ticket #03203375. I understand personal information can not be given here but any type of push through to support would be greatly appreciated if at all possible. It is very urgent. Thank you.

This can happen if the credit card on your account has expired, the card is flagged as lost/stolen or insufficient funds were available. It is possible that a failed payment has put the account in suspended status.
