Ajenti problem

Posted on February 11, 2014

Hi,

I installed Ajenti following the tutorial https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-install-ajenti-control-panel-on-ubuntu-13-04.

I used ubuntu 12.04 but changed the ‘echo “deb http://repo.ajenti.org/debian main main debian” >> /etc/apt/sources.list’ to ‘echo “deb http://repo.ajenti.org/debian main main ubuntu” >> /etc/apt/sources.list’

So ajenti is installed, but I can’t install any packages or change my password. If I even go to the configure page, the application blocks.

I am fairly new at this server stuff, but I guess this has probably something to do with files that don’t have the right permissions or something.

Any ideas?

thank you!
