I want to move an existing wordpress site from one droplet to another with ajenti v installed. I haven’t done the ajenti v install yet, but I want to multiple sites on a server with ajenti v. How can I do that?

I would suggest installing Ajenti V first as it likes to have a fresh server. You can find information on this here
Then you can go about migrating your WordPress and other sites. There is also a great guide on migrating WordPress here
So long as you install Ajenti V first, you should be good to go otherwise. It doesn’t generally like being installed on a server already configured.
