When I send a mail to the users it marked as spam. How Can I fix it?

You should set your SPF records. In Ajenti, in the sidebar press Mail, then click the DKIM tab. Press the Generate new DKIM Key and then check the Enable box, that should give you the information you need to add to your domain.
Also use mail-tester.com, I used that to diagnose my spam problems with my Ajenti email and now I have a 10/10 score.
