All my sites have been down for 4 days on one droplet.

Hi all

All my sites went down on one of my droplets on either Tue 50th June or Weds 1st July, I have submitted a ticket but have so far had no response from support.

I am able to ping the domains but when you try to access the site’s via any browser you get an Error 522 page

Here’s an example:

I’m not a developer but would really appreciate any pointers as this is driving my nutz.

Hi there @nb060420,

I would recommend starting with a few things:

  • First make sure that your Droplet is up and running via your DigitalOcean Control panel

  • If the Droplet is running, I would recommend accessing it via SSH and making sure that your webserver like Apache or Nginx is up and running.
